A Day at The Well

A Day at The Well

April 18, 2026 | October 17, 2026

A sanctuary for women of faith — where intimacy deepens, discernment sharpens, and spiritual maturity Expands in community.

Faith does not mature by accident. It matures through intention, wisdom, and Spirit-led experiences.

Join us for A Day at The Well, an intimate one-day retreat hosted in a serene setting for women who are ready to move beyond surface-level belief and into embodied, thoughtful faith.

This is not a conference. It is a sacred gathering where encounter meets growth, where intimacy with God deepens, where clarity replaces confusion, and where women grow confident in what they believe — and why.

This day is immersive, intimate, and intentional.

  • Many women of faith have already done the work of detoxing from harmful theology and performative religion.

    You’ve asked the hard questions.
    You’ve untangled culture from Christ.
    You’ve returned to Jesus.

But now you’re facing a new tension:

    • How do I live this faithfully in complex spaces?

    • What do I do when Scripture isn’t explicit?

    • How do I hold conviction without becoming harsh?

    • How do I navigate gray areas with wisdom instead of fear?

    This is where maturity begins.

And this is what A Day at The Well is designed to cultivate.

  • Inspired by the encounter between Jesus and the woman at the well in Gospel of John 4, this retreat honors the full depth of the well.

The well was not only a place of encounter. It was also:

    A place of theological tension.
    A place of cultural disruption.
A place of revelation and clarity.

At A Day at The Well, we create space for that same depth. You can expect:

    • Thoughtful, guided biblical conversations
    • Tools for navigating spiritual gray areas
    • Practical frameworks for discernment
    • Prayer and worship that are both tender and transformative
    • Intentional time for reflection and Spirit-led ministry
    • Sacred, honest dialogue in trusted community

And yes — beauty and fun matter here too.

This is our signature Brunch • Tea • Vity experience, complete with thoughtfully curated meals, intentional self-care, and meaningful conversations that nourish both body and soul.

  • This is for you if…

    • You love Jesus and want to know Him more deeply — not just emotionally, but thoughtfully
    • You’ve moved beyond performative religion and are ready for confident, lived faith
    • You’re navigating gray areas where Scripture isn’t explicit and you want wisdom, not just opinions
    • You believe spiritual maturity requires both humility and conviction
    • You’re open to wrestling honestly — without fear of losing your faith
    • You value community that challenges you and cares for you

This is for women who are ready to grow up in their faith — without losing their softness.

Intimacy with God grows stronger when our thinking grows clearer.

This may not be for you if:

    • You’re looking for hype without depth
    • You prefer easy answers over spiritual wrestling
    • You want affirmation without examination

A Day at The Well is not about stirring emotion for a moment. It’s about forming faith that lasts.

The Well is gentle — but it is not shallow.

Come to the well.

Meet Jesus again — not as a concept, but as Lord. Sit in the tension without fear. Receive clarity where there has been confusion. Be strengthened in both heart and mind.

Leave refreshed. Leave rooted. Leave equipped to live faithfully in the complexity of your everyday life.

Your faith deserves progression. Reserve your seat at A Day at The Well.
